Shaun Gladwell's 'Collection+', (SCAF Project 25) is an exhibition featuring more than 40 works spanning Shaun Gladwell’s career and practice.
This exciting project opens UNSW Galleries' 2015 exhibition program and is the first solo exhibition to be presented across all three galleries in our recently opened art and design spaces.
The exhibition draws together work from the beginning of Gladwell’s career, alongside paintings made during his time as one of Australia’s Official War Artists in Afghanistan and recent multi-channel installations.
The exhibition is presented alongside Lacrima Chair (SCAF Project 24), a specially commissioned site-specific installation comprising sculpture and video by Gladwell at Sherman Contemporary Art Foundation.
Curated by Dr. Barbara Polla and Prof. Paul Ardenne
Shaun Gladwell completed a Master of Fine Arts at UNSW Art & Design and was represented for 9 years by Sherman Contemporary Art Foundation’s previous incarnation, Sherman Galleries (1986-2007).
Shaun Gladwell is represented by Anna Schwartz Gallery.
